Hi, I'm CeCe
and for a very long time, I’ve lived my life from my masculine energy. While I won’t say it didn’t have its advantages, it was draining; it felt inauthentic. Still, I was afraid of what embracing my feminine energy, especially in a business setting, might mean. Like many others, I was convinced that the way to be successful is to suppress my feminine side and follow the better-known path, that of embodying my masculine energy. In time, I began to feel disconnected; to crave something different. I was, to all effects, craving to be myself. Through my own experience and through my work I know the unique challenges faced by high-achieving women in harmonizing their femininity with traditional success paradigms.
This is why my purpose is to guide you through a personalized exploration of femininity's profound attributes and equip you with strategies to weave them into your leadership journey. I want to empower you with the tools and knowledge be a soulful, successful leader while living from your feminine, not despite it.
